Just this morning, my husband and I went to R. Hidalgo to look for an affordable film SLR. After looking around, we found a seller who was willing to let go of a Yashica FX-3 for Php 2,500. I could even choose which type of lens I wanted to go with it. It is a good thing that my husband is more than willing to support my hobby both financially and in terms of encouragement. That really means a lot to me. Well, after trying out several film cameras, I am decidedly in love with film photography. I'm still getting a handle of how to manually adjust the settings, but I'm beginning to get the hang of it.

I just posted some of the
sample shots I took with the test roll. I'm pretty happy with the way the photos turned out, although I really gotta get used to the focusing for this SLR.

Say goodbye to classical reality, because our logic collapses on the subatomic level... into ghosts and shadows.
